PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS for AUTHORS

Oral Presentations  ***please arrive your session rooms early to upload your files.

• Plenary talks: 30 min. (including presentation and discussion)
• Invited talks: 25 min. (20 min presentation and 5 min discussion)
• Oral talks: 20 min. (17 min presentation and 3 min discussion)

All oral session rooms are equipped with a projector, a laptop computer, and a screen. We recommend all speakers to bring their presentation files and use the laptop computer.

INSTRUCTIONS OF POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations will be put up on 3rd floor and 5th floor in Sheraton Hotel.

Setup time: Apr. 10, 2017, 09:30-10:30

Removal time: Apr. 11, 2017, 16:30-17:30

Poster sessions are on April 10 (Monday) and April 11 (Tuesday), 2017. All poster presenters must stand by their posters during the designated time slots (15:00-16:00 on Apr. 10 and 10:30-11:30 on Apr. 11). Display area is approximately W 84.4cm x H 118.9cm (A0 size). All poster presenters should put and remove their presentations on time for each session. We will provide poster stands and tapes. A sign designating your poster number will be provided on the board. The boards will be arranged in the order that the poster presentations are listed in the final program.
